Ashley has been at Scarlet Salon since February 2011. She studied hairstyling at the Antoine du Chez Academy of Cosmetology, then completed a year-long apprenticeship under Master Stylists at Luxe Salon in Denver. During her five years at Luxe, Ashley learned first-hand from Nick Arrojo and Oribe, and trained extensively with Wella color experts. Additionally, she has taken classes hosted by Bumble and Bumble, Toni and Guy, and other top product representatives from around the country. Ashley loves combining color and cut to match each client's individual style and needs. She is passionate about keeping hair happy and healthy; her enthusiasm and fresh approach are sure to win you over!

Scarlet Salon's Cancellation Policy & Procedures

As one of Denver's Top Salons we have implemented a cancellation policy. A call within 24 hours in advance is greatly appreciated if you are unable to keep your appointment. We understand that emergencies and last minute plans happen. Therefore, we have implemented a policy that is sensitive and based to our client's needs instead of one cancellation we've allowed two cancellations. In the event of two cancellations with less than 24-hour notice, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the cost of the scheduled services.

We can hold your appointment for 15 minutes past the scheduled appointment time. If you are more than 15 minutes late we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment.

If a client has not shown up for their scheduled appointment once before, Scarlet Salon reserves the right to restrict online booking and may require a 50% deposit to make a new appointment. The deposit will be applied to your service cost and will be collected when booking the appointment. This deposit is non-refundable.

If you are not fully satisfied with your service and wish to have an adjustment you must contact the salon within two weeks of the initial appointment to have the service corrected or rendered.
