"Felicia enjoys all aspects of hairstyling, and has been in the industry for 19 years. After refining her skills by receiving advanced education beyond beauty school, and after having worked with some of the top stylists in Colorado (and in the nation), she now practices her talent at Scarlet Salon in Denver, Colorado. Specializing in precision cuts and custom formula creative color using the Wella line, her focus is on developing comfortable relationships with her clients--where it's understood that trust, fun, and relaxation are the main ingredients to enjoying your salon visits and results. She offers a vibrant personality, attention to detail, and a consistent open door policy with her clients. African American and very curly hair is something she enjoys styling and cutting, whether you'd like to keep and embrace your curls, or tame the mane into smooth, straight styles. She has trained under American Crew creative directors, employing cutting edge designs as well as traditional, tried-and-true barbering techniques for men's styles. Scarlet Salon's Cancellation Policy & Procedures

As one of Denver's Top Salons we have implemented a cancellation policy. A call within 24 hours in advance is greatly appreciated if you are unable to keep your appointment. We understand that emergencies and last minute plans happen. Therefore, we have implemented a policy that is sensitive and based to our client's needs instead of one cancellation we've allowed two cancellations. In the event of two cancellations with less than 24-hour notice, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the cost of the scheduled services.

We can hold your appointment for 15 minutes past the scheduled appointment time. If you are more than 15 minutes late we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment.

If a client has not shown up for their scheduled appointment once before, Scarlet Salon reserves the right to restrict online booking and may require a 50% deposit to make a new appointment. The deposit will be applied to your service cost and will be collected when booking the appointment. This deposit is non-refundable.

If you are not fully satisfied with your service and wish to have an adjustment you must contact the salon within two weeks of the initial appointment to have the service corrected or rendered.
