At 17 years of age, Kimberly began a two year assistant program to one of Denver’s top stylist, Robert Cook. She has completed advanced training with Tony and Guy, Yosh, American Crew, Vidal Sassoon, Vivian Mackender, Framisi color, and has years of experience with full wedding styling, included make-up as well as hair. Kimberly has the ability to see how your hair would love to fully express it self and serve your lifestyle for your highest good! Scarlet Salon's Cancellation Policy & Procedures

As one of Denver's Top Salons we have implemented a cancellation policy. A call within 24 hours in advance is greatly appreciated if you are unable to keep your appointment. We understand that emergencies and last minute plans happen. Therefore, we have implemented a policy that is sensitive and based to our client's needs instead of one cancellation we've allowed two cancellations. In the event of two cancellations with less than 24-hour notice, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the cost of the scheduled services.

We can hold your appointment for 15 minutes past the scheduled appointment time. If you are more than 15 minutes late we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment.

If a client has not shown up for their scheduled appointment once before, Scarlet Salon reserves the right to restrict online booking and may require a 50% deposit to make a new appointment. The deposit will be applied to your service cost and will be collected when booking the appointment. This deposit is non-refundable.

If you are not fully satisfied with your service and wish to have an adjustment you must contact the salon within two weeks of the initial appointment to have the service corrected or rendered.
