Lougier is a Denver native, and grew up in the Lower Highlands area not far from Scarlet Salon. As a stylist and barber of over 13 years, Lougier has really made a name for himself. During his last 3 years at Scarlet, he has done hair for several musicians, including members of The Fray and Nickelback. He is a master barber who offers many techniques to his male clientele including fades, design work, and hot shaves. Lougier is also very skilled at womens styling and loves to do creative fashion colors and funky edgy cuts as well as classic cuts and colors. He is also a master at special occasion styling and wedding hair. He has done work for 303 Magazine, and participated in many high fashion styling events such as The Red Ball, and Prom and Wedding Expos. He is excellent at achieving extremely complicated styles including vintage looks and very classic looks.

Scarlet Salon's Cancellation Policy & Procedures

As one of Denver's Top Salons we have implemented a cancellation policy. A call within 24 hours in advance is greatly appreciated if you are unable to keep your appointment. We understand that emergencies and last minute plans happen. Therefore, we have implemented a policy that is sensitive and based to our client's needs instead of one cancellation we've allowed two cancellations. In the event of two cancellations with less than 24-hour notice, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the cost of the scheduled services.

We can hold your appointment for 15 minutes past the scheduled appointment time. If you are more than 15 minutes late we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment.

If a client has not shown up for their scheduled appointment once before, Scarlet Salon reserves the right to restrict online booking and may require a 50% deposit to make a new appointment. The deposit will be applied to your service cost and will be collected when booking the appointment. This deposit is non-refundable.

If you are not fully satisfied with your service and wish to have an adjustment you must contact the salon within two weeks of the initial appointment to have the service corrected or rendered.
