Hi, I'm Misty. It all began with a Barbie photo shoot in Central Illinois. My love for hair, make-up and fashion has grown from the days of posing barbies and making sure their outfits and hair were perfectly in place. I moved to Colorado in 2002 and began my hairstyling career in Aspen with the guidance of 3 amazing stylists. Denver became my home in 2006, what a great place to be! Making styles workable for everyday life is important to me. I feel that the communication between stylist and client is key. Pictures are always a great guide, and taking into account personal style, face shape, skin/eye color is key to finding the perfect fit. I currently serve clients in Denver and Aspen Valley, and am available to travel on location.

Scarlet Salon's Cancellation Policy & Procedures

As one of Denver's Top Salons we have implemented a cancellation policy. A call within 24 hours in advance is greatly appreciated if you are unable to keep your appointment. We understand that emergencies and last minute plans happen. Therefore, we have implemented a policy that is sensitive and based to our client's needs instead of one cancellation we've allowed two cancellations. In the event of two cancellations with less than 24-hour notice, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the cost of the scheduled services.

We can hold your appointment for 15 minutes past the scheduled appointment time. If you are more than 15 minutes late we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment.

If a client has not shown up for their scheduled appointment once before, Scarlet Salon reserves the right to restrict online booking and may require a 50% deposit to make a new appointment. The deposit will be applied to your service cost and will be collected when booking the appointment. This deposit is non-refundable.

If you are not fully satisfied with your service and wish to have an adjustment you must contact the salon within two weeks of the initial appointment to have the service corrected or rendered.
